She worked with Travis to develop her own job filter and placed her needs, wants and desires at the center of her job search refocusing her efforts. They also worked to relinquish any old thought patterns that were holding the executive back.
The Culmination
The seasoned agency executive landed a position at a digital ad agency just named agency of the year by industry insiders. In working with Travis, she developed a vision of the type of environment she wanted to work in and manifested that vision.

The Coaching
Using the Kolbe Index, he and Travis defined an operating style that would work for him to lead his team and management. He also used Travis' model, Life's Operating Rhythm(™), to re-balance himself, his relationship to his family and his work life.
The Culmination
The sales executive was able to overcome a past operating style that was holding him back allowing for more recognition from management and his team. And more importantly, he re-balanced his life able to spend more quality time with his wife and kids. His greatest achievement was seen through a comment his wife made where she recognized the marked changes in him and the confidence he now exudes.
