Travis combines models and tools to get to the heart of your business life challenge and reach resolution. Usually, she uses the Kolbe Index to understand your operating style and the gifts you bring to the business table. Then, she uses some of her own models; Life's Operating Rhythm™, The Job Filter™ and The Energy Deposit™ to craft your new business direction. All of these are combined with Travis' unique and intuitive coaching style to create a program individualized to the goal you want to achieve.
How It Works
IBC™ is offered as one-on-one sessions with Travis at three different levels:

As a single one-on-one coaching session at $100

As a three-session package at $300

As a six-session package at $600
You will meet with Travis over the phone or by Skype. Each session is 55 minutes and sessions are conducted every other week. Travis has found with her clients that having a week in between sessions allows the client to practice their new learnings as well as prepare for the next session. To get the most out of IBC™, you will need to be open to trying new things as well as able to do the "homework" or "practices" between sessions.
